TheSecondLeaf.com offers a variety of shipping methods to complete your order. We have over 40 warehouses strategically placed nationwide to ensure efficient delivery. Orders are shipped via Federal Express or UPS Ground/Air, however due to size and weight of some orders, a common carrier trucking company will be selected and an additional freight fee will be charged.
Office supplies are generally shipped 1-2 days based on the time the order is placed. While we cannot guarantee the arrival date of your shipment, orders that are able to be shipped without additional freight requirements must be received before 5:00 PM local time and will usually arrive the next business day. Orders that require freight must be received before 3:00 PM local time to qualify for same day shipping.
Technology items typically require a longer processing and ship times depending on the product and or freight requirements. For expedited shipping, orders must be received by 3PM local time to ensure timely delivery.
Because certain items are drop-shipped directly from our vendors, products may be delivered in separate shipments.
TheSecondLeaf.com will accept returns on orders for up to 30 days. Returns must be in the original packaging to be accepted. Please contact returns@thesecondleaf.com for return instructions or to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA). In some instances returns may be handled differently depending on which warehouse/vendor the product is received from so please contact us before returning an item.
In compliance with state laws, TheSecondLeaf.com will charge sales tax on all orders delivered to Texas, California, and Massachusetts. Organizations exempt from paying sales taxes must contact TheSecondLeaf.com prior to order placement. Orders delivered to states outside of Texas, California, and Massachusetts are not subject to sales tax charges.
